For poster presenters, the size of the poster board is A0 portrait. Please prepare your poster so that it will fit in this size. Also, please prepare a 2-minute short presentation (oral presentation) using MS PowerPoint.
Please copy your 2-minute presentation file to PC during lunch time or coffee break on Tuesday. And, put your poster up in the room Amber on 1F during the coffee break.
If your poster number is odd, please be in front of your poster from 16:10 to 16:50. If your poster number is even, please be in front of your poster from 16:50 to 17:30.
Best poster awards will be given to a couple of young outstanding presenters. Poster awards will be presented at the closing ceremony.
Important notice (August 8, 2022)
For speakers, please use your own PC. Check the connection between your PC and a projector with an HDMI connector during the coffee break or lunch time preceding your session. For morning sessions, you should check the connection before 8:50 am in the morning on the day of the presentation. Mac users are requested to bring an adequate adaptor for the projector.

We local and organizing committees decided that ISFD-15 was held as an in-person conference for August 28-31, 2022. The abstract deadline is May 31. The registration and hotel reservation website is still in preparation, and we will tell you once it is ready.
Important notice (November 10, 2021)
We decided that the ISFD-15 conference was rescheduled for August 28-31, 2022. Please leave your schedule open for the days. This conference will be an in-person conference. We will see the worldwide coronavirus situation and will decide whether we can really hold the in-person ISFD-15 conference in March.
Important notice (February 10, 2021)
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we committee members decided the postponement of the ISFD-15 meeting from 2021 to 2022 (new meeting dates are not fixed yet). We have discussed the possibility of a virtual meeting in 2021, but for our community, a face-to-face meeting is more valuable than a virtual meeting. Thus, we concluded to have no virtual meeting for ISFD-15, but would like to have a face-to-face meeting in 2022, in Kofu, Japan, with a hope of a worldwide safe situation in 2022.

ISFD-15 is devoted to discussions on basic and applied aspects of phenomena originating from structural changes in condensed matters associated with symmetry breaking and related micro- to nano-scopic structures. A wide range of topics will be covered, including:
- Static domain structure, twinning, macroscopic properties
- Domain walls, interfacial phenomena, and domain wall engineering
- Domain wall dynamics, nucleation, switching, and effects of defects
- Structures and dynamic behaviors of domains in multiferroics
- Domain structures and properties in thin films and ferroic nanoparticles, and related size effects
- Polar nanoregions in relaxor-like materials
- Mesoscopic structures in liquid crystals
- Advanced techniques for domain characterization and manipulation
- Theory, simulations, and modelling of domain structure
- Application of domain phenomena: memories, anisotropic ceramics, optoelectronic devices, smart materials, etc
